Post-Care Instructions
- During the first two days following treatment, the treatment area should be kept clean to avoid contamination or infection; any mechanical or thermal damage to the area must be avoided.
- Anti-inflammatories should be avoided unless absolutely necessary to prevent bleeding/bruising.
- The inflammatory response is advantageous for an improved outcome.
- Scabs should NOT be touched or scratched even if they itch and should be allowed to flake off naturally.
- If Blisters appear, please contact provider. These may be treated with a prescribed antibiotic ointment or burn treatment cream as per provider discretion.
- NO MAKEUP FOR 24 HRS, ideally 48hrs.
- Tiny scabs may appear after 1-3 days and stay for several days following the treatment.
- Swelling, bruising & redness are completely NORMAL following treatment, especially in the eye area.
- Use any post-treatment products provided as instructed.
